Returns & Exchanges FAQ

What to know if you can return & exchange products? The short answer is yes: you can! To find out more, keep reading this page. If you have any questions that aren't answered here, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@feministapparel.com & our General Manager, Michelle, will be happy to help!

We really appreciate each of our customers. Not only does each order support independent female artists who are passionate about equality, but it also supports ethical, sustainable local manufacturing & amazing charities doing great work. So thank you for your support!

1) Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, we do accept returns that are requested within 30 days of the original sale as long as you ship products back to us in the condition it arrived. Please email orders@feministapparel.com if you need to return your product.
It's always a good idea to check our sizing chart before making an order so we highly recommend it. 

2) Where Do I Send My Product Back To?

Once you've contacted orders@feministapparel.com & organized what the product exchange will be, please ship your product back here:

Please note that return shipping is at the buyers expense. Once you've shipped it back, we'd appreciate it if you could email us to let us know that you have sent it. Thank you!

3) My Product Arrived Faulty/Damaged! Help?

We offer full refunds for faulty/damaged products that are requested within 30 days of the original sale. Please email orders@feministapparel.com and include photos of the damaged product. Please note we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for products that are delayed with shipping as we cannot control the postal delivery times.
